(BY SRI. RAGHAVENDRA. K., ADVOCATE FOR R1 AND R3,

THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226
AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO
QUASH THE ORDER DATED 08.04.2022 PASSED BY R4
PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-F.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER
Regardless of the script of prayer in the writ petition,
learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently submits that
if the subject Appeal No.143/2020 filed by the respondent
herein is ordered to be disposed off in a time bound way,
her client would be satisfied.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention
of the Court to the judgment of this Court in
W.P.No.15526/2021 disposed of on 08.09.2021, wherein a
direction was issued for expeditious disposal of the said
appeal. She complains that there is no respect for the
orders of this Court and therefore official respondent
should be hauled up for inaction.
3. Learned AGA appearing for the official
respondents fairly submits that he would instruct his
official clients to look into the grievance of petitioner in the
light of the earlier judgment dated 08.09.2021 and also
the complaint raised by the petitioner. Although this is a
very poor solace to the petitioner who is a senior citizen,
this Court does not intend to dilate the matter any
further, hoping that the assurances would be kept, with a
warning that non-compliance thereof may result in some
penal action, if an application is moved in that regard.
In the above circumstances and with the above
warning, the petition is disposed off again directing
respondent No.4 to dispose of the said appeal and report
compliance to the Registrar General of this Court within an
outer limit of four weeks.
All contentions are kept open.
