      This RPFC is filed under Section 19(4) of the Family
Courts Act, 1984 praying to allow the petition by setting
aside the judgment and order dated 01.01.2019, passed in
Crl.Misc.No.140/2017, by the District Judge, Family Court
at Kalaburagi, in allowing the maintenance petition filed by
the respondents herein in part directing the petitioner to
pay monthly maintenance of `2,500/- to the respondent
No.1 and `1,500/- to the respondent No.2.

      This petition coming on for final hearing, this day,
the Court made the following:-


                         ORDER

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned

counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking

permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file

a petition under Section 127 of Cr.P.C.

Memo is placed on record.

Petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
