FTC, DODDABALLAPUR IN CRL.A.NO.72/2012 AND SET
ASIDE THE JUDGMENT DATED 04.08.2012 PASSED BY THE
ADDL.    C.J.  AND     JMFC,  DODDABALLAPUR    IN
C.C.NO.318/2009    I.E.,   ANNEXURE-A   AND     B
RESPECTIVELY.

     THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON
FOR HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE
FOLLOWING:-

                          ORDER

Matter called thrice. None appears on behalf of

revision petitioner. Same was the situation on

24.11.2021 and 11.11.2021.

2. This revision petition was admitted by

order dated 21.05.2013. Thereafter, there is no much

progress in the case.

3. By order dated 22.07.2015, the matter was

referred to Lok Adalat. There was no settlement in

the matter and the matter was referred to Court.

Subsequent thereto, the matter was re-listed on

06.07.2021, 31.07.2021, 13.08.2021, 27.08.2021,

21.09.2021, 29.09.2021, 07.10.2021.

4. On 11.11.2021, revision petitioner and

counsel for revision petitioner had consistently

remained absent on the above referred dates of

hearing.

5. Accordingly, it is presumed that revision

petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the

matter further.

Hence, the revision petition is dismissed for

non-prosecution.
