                        JUDGMENT

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

This Court by order dated 12.07.2021 passed the

following order:

"The learned counsel for the appellant again

seeks time to take steps against respondent No.1.

Hence, adjourned on cost of Rs.1,000/- payable at

the Registry within two weeks to take steps against

respondent No.1. If the cost is not paid and steps

are not taken within two weeks, the appeal will be

dismissed without reference to the Bench."

In view of non-removal of office objections and

appellant or his pleader being not present before the Court,

it appears that, the appellant is not interested to pursue the

appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
