This RSA is filed under Section 100 of CPC, against the
Judgment and Decree dated 30.10.2015 passed in R.A.No.8/2008
on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gadag,
dismissing the appeal and confirming the Judgment and Decree
dated 29.01.1986 and the decree passed in O.S.No.87/1981 on the
file of the Civil Judge, Gadag, partly decreeing the suit filed for
partition and separate possession.
This RSA coming on for orders this day, the court, delivered
the following:
JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo stating
that, the appellants do not intend to pursue the present appeal and
want to withdraw the same.
