     THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON
FOR HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE
FOLLOWING:-

                       ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner

tenders Rs.25,000/- to the complainant. Complainant

present and acknowledges the receipt of Rs.25,000/-.

2. Before the First Appellate Court, a sum of

Rs.2,50,000/- is kept in-deposit. Balance amount of

Rs.2,00,000/- is paid before this Court on 24.11.2021.

3. In all, a sum of Rs.4,75,000/- has been paid

towards the fine amount.

4. Taking note of the fact that the cheque is of

the year 2009 and the fine imposed by the trial Court is in

a sum of Rs.5,05,000/-, the matter is disposed of as the

complainant accepts the sum of Rs.4,75,000/- towards fine

amount amicably.

5. In view of the payment/deposit in a sum of

Rs.4,75,000/-, the accused stands acquitted and an

amount of Rs.2,50,000/-, which is in deposit is ordered to

be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.

With the above observation, the Criminal Revision

Petition stands disposed of.
