     This Review petition is filed under Order 47 Rule
1 of CPC, praying to review the judgment dated
13.10.2020 passed in ITA No.381/2013, etc.


     This review petition coming on for orders, this
day, Alok Aradhe J, made the following:



                       ORDER

Mr.Jeevan J.Neeralgi, learned counsel for the

review petitioner and Mrs.Vani, learned counsel for the

respondent.

2.This review petition has been filed for review of

the judgment dated 13.10.2020 passed by this Court

in ITA No.381/2013.

3. When the matter was taken up today,

learned counsel for the assessee submitted that

subsequent to the aforesaid judgment, the assessee

has filed an application under the Scheme which has

been accepted and Form No.3 has already been issued

on 12.02.2021. It is further stated that the assessee

has only applied for issuance of Form No.5.

4. In view of the aforesaid subsequent event,

nothing survives for adjudication in this review

petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
