     THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY
HEARING IN B GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE
FOLLOWING:

                         ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition stands covered

by a decision of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

W.P.No.10244/2021 disposed on 01.07.2021,

W.P.No.8883/2021 disposed on 06.07.2021 and

W.P.No.13593/2021 disposed on 29.07.2021. Accordingly,

those writ petitions were disposed of directing the

respondent - Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences to

evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioners in terms of

the Regulation 13(2) of the Medical Council of India

Graduate of Medical Education and Regulations, 1987. The

respondent - University is directed to comply with the

orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy

of this order.

2. The benefit flowing from those orders shall

enure to the benefit of the petitioners herein. Accordingly,

the writ petition stands disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent is

permitted to file a memo of appearance within a period of

four weeks from today.
