04.02.2016 passed by the XXII A.C.M.M., Bengaluru in
C.C.No.19710/2012 - acquitting the respondent/accused
for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
This Criminal Appeal coming on for Orders this day,
the court made the following:
ORDER
Counsel for the appellant prays for time today
also for paying process fee. The order dated
22.2.2021 shows that two weeks time was granted as
a last chance for paying the process fee. In spite of
that time is sought again. There are no grounds to
grant time. Hence, appeal is dismissed.
