                             ORDER

This review petition is filed praying to review the

order dated 05.04.2021 in WP.No.5811/2020.

The above writ petition was disposed of in terms of

Judgment dated W.A.No.261/2020 and other connected

appeals.

Both the learned counsels for the petitioners as well

as the respondents would submit that the said judgment

would be inapplicable and the Judgment in

W.A.No.144/2020 disposed of on 21.01.2021 would be

applicable to the facts of the case.

Hence, the order dated 05.04.2021 in

W.P.No.5811/2020 is reviewed and recalled. The writ

petition is restored to its file.
