This matter has been taken up in the National Lok Adalat.

Both the sides are present in person. It has been jointly submitted that the

matter has been settled in terms of the Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Report

dated 12.03.2026.

Accordingly, the matter is being disposed of.

Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Report is directed to form part of this

settlement order and at the time of issuance of certified copy of this order, a copy

of the Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Report be also furnished by the office

along with the certified copy of the order.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that as per the conciliation

report the statutory amount which has been deposited before the Court is to be

refunded to the appellant.
