1. It has been informed that one Cr.A.(SJ) No.1039 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the co-convict, which is fixed on 19.01.2026 in which lower Court records has been called for and the web copy of the same has been shown before this Court.

2. Admit.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the victim girl X as Respondent No.2 by red ink in course of the day in this case.

4. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the victim girl "X" through the Superintendent of Police, Chatra., in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and Notification No.23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the victim girl "X".

5. Put up this case on 28th January 2026.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of Superintendent of Police, Chatra by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful.
