1. All the aforesaid appeals are arising out of the same judgment dated 22.03.2017, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Hazaribagh, however

cause list reflects four different names of learned A.P.Ps who are representing the State in the aforesaid appeals.

2. This is definitely a strange situation because from the same judgment aforesaid four appeals have been preferred by the appellants/convicts and it would be desirable that one learned A.P.P. should assist this Court in the present appeals for convenience of all the stakeholders.

3. Mr. A.K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel is representing the appellants in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) Nos. 652 of 2017 and 861 of 2017, whereas Ms. Leena Mukherjee, learned counsel is representing the appellant in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 2132 of 2017.

4. A joint request on behalf of learned A.P.Ps has been made before this Court for supply of the paper book.

5. Office is directed to do the needful positively before the next date of hearing.

6. Let these matters be listed on 29th January, 2026.
