th Order No.05/Dated:10 February, 2026
1. We have perused the show cause dated 28.11.2025 filed on behalf of the concerned opposite party appending therein the fresh reasoned order dated 25.11.2025 passed by the authority concerned.
2. Mr. Rajeeva Sharma, the learned senior counsel has submitted that the petitioner is a retired person and even the single penny is worth for him. The amount which has been shown to be under the arrears head in consequence of upgradation in the pay-scale is not properly assessed. Therefore, he has submitted that the assessment of the same can only be said to be proper if the authority will come out with the calculation of the arrears both under the "Salary" head and the "Pensionary Benefit".
3. The learned counsel for the concerned opposite party has sought for two weeks' time to come out with the calculation of the amount based upon that the arrears have been assessed while passing of fresh reasoned order dated 25.11.2025.
4. List this matter on 25.02.2026.
