02/05.02.2026 The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):

"a. To issue land possession certificate (hereinafter referred as LPC) for measuring area of 8518 sq. ft. (19.55 decimals) of kamath (transferrable) land of mouza Rampur, mouza No. 581, Jamabandi No. 55/4, Plot No. 621 (part), Circle Mohanpur, Ρ.Ο. Rampur, P.S. Rikiya, Dist- Deoghar, by operation of law to the petitioner immediately and fortwith as required for the registration of the land.

b. To direct the concerned respondent especially respondent no.3 by allowing the petitioner who is willingly and voluntarily dispose of his property by executing a registered sale deed in accordance to law."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the judgment rendered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in the case of Dhiraj Kumar Sah Vrs. State of Jharkhand & others in W.P.(C) No. 75 of 2025 vide judgment dated 03.11.2025, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State is present and does not raised any objection.

4. In view of the prayer made, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
