06/17.02.2026 Pursuant to order dated 07.01.2026, Informant has appeared in person in this case.

2. It is stated by the learned APP that the Victim X (name not disclosed) has been examined as PW-3 and she is present in the Court. It is submitted that due to poverty, she is not able to engage any counsel on her behalf.

3. Learned APP has further submitted that husband of the Informant is running Auto for his livelihood and is not able to engage any counsel and as such legal aid may be provided to her.

4. Under the circumstances, Ms. Tejaswi, learned Advocate is appointed as Amicus Curiae and directed to appear in this case on behalf of the Informant and she will assist this Court as an Amicus Curiae in this case also.

5. The fees and remuneration will be paid to Ms. Tejaswi, the learned Amicus Curiae as per rules prescribed by Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Committee.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Secretary,

Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Committee and also be handed over to Ms. Tejaswi, learned Amicus Curiae.

7. Put this case on 26.02.2026.

8. In the meantime, the office is directed to hand over a copy of the entire Lower Court Records and paper book of this case including memo of appeal, impugned judgment and sentence passed by the learned Trial Court, copy of deposition of prosecution witnesses and also copy of defence witnesses if any, and exhibits to the learned Amicus Curiae.
