1. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at length in the instant cases, the Judgement was reserved on 09.09.2025 but due to some typographical error in the prayer portion of the letters patent appeal being L.P.A. No. 67 of 2023, the cases have been listed today under the heading for "Orders".

2. Mr. Prashant Pallav, learned DSGI appearing for the appellants has submitted that due to typographical error, the reference of the writ petition, in L.P.A. No. 67 of 2023, has wrongly been referred as "W.P.(C) No. 1126 of 2020" in place of "W.P.(C) No. 1128 of 2020", therefore, prayer has been made to allow him to make necessary correction.

3. Accordingly, let the necessary correction be carried out in course of the day.
