06/08.09.2025 Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the only surviving defect is defect no. 5. He submits that an interlocutory application being I.A. No. 12499 of 2024 has been filed either to ignore the defect or extend the time for removal of the defect. He submits that the name of the Presiding Officer has not been mentioned in the Trial Court's judgment.

2. Office is directed to send the trial court's judgment to the concerned court for necessary correction upon deposit of special messenger cost by the appellants within a period of two weeks from today.

3. The office shall also point out the defect to be removed while sending the trial court's judgment to the concerned court.

4. Post this case on 10.11.2025 under appropriate heading.

5. I.A. No. 12499 of 2024 stands closed.
