Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issues involved in this case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No. 3337 of 2025 (Biplab Dutta & Ors. vs The State of Jharkhand & Ors.) Mr. Sanjay Piprawall, learned counsel appearing on behalf of J.S.S.C. submits that the aforesaid judgment passed in W.P.(S). No. 3337 of 2025 has been challenged before the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 510 of 2025.

Considering the said submission of the parties, I am of the opinion that the final order passed in L.P.A. No. 510 of 2025 will cover this case also.

List this case after disposal of L.P.A. No. 510 of 2025.
