2/30.10.2025 This case relates to Bermo Mahila PS Case No.17 of 2025 and

the matter is pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at

Tenughat.

2. After some argument, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to

move before the learned court concerned on the strength of the

judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of

Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and

Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent State has got

no objection for the same.

4. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
