02/ 15.10.2025: The matter relates to Dhanbad RPF Post Case No. 23

of 2025, registered under sections 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful

Possession) Act and 153 of Rly. Act, pending in the Court of learned Rly. J.M.,

Dhanbad.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move

before the learned court on the strength of judgment of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau

of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

2. Learned counsels for the State and Union of India have got no

objection.

3. In view of above facts, this anticipatory bail application is

dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
