02/15.10.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the victim girl 'X' as Respondent No.2 in this case during the course of the day.

2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served the Notice of this appeal upon the victim girl 'X' through her Guardian through the Superintendent of Police, Garhwa in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" reported in (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703 and Notification No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file affidavit with regard to service of Notice on the Victim Girl 'X'.

3. Office is directed to issue Notice upon the Victim Girl by Speed Post with A/D.

4. Admit.

5. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Record from the learned Court below.

6. Put up this case after Six (06) weeks.

7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Garhwa by Fax and also be handed over to the learned A.P.P. for the needful.
