5. It has been fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue which has been raised by the petitioners in this writ petition has been answered by the Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.143 of 2024 (Nirmal Pahan & Ors. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.).
6. Since the issue has already been decided and it has been held that no individual notices are required to be issued to the candidates for document verification, thus this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of judgment of LPA No.143 of 2024.
