2. The matter relates to Basia P.S. Case No.79 of 2025.

3. After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to

move before the learned Court in terms of Judgment of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

4. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
