09/ 06.11.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
counsel for the C.B.I.
2. The present petition has been filed for setting aside order dated
29.03.2022 passed in R.C. 4(A)/2013-R, whereby non-bailable warrant of
arrest has been issued against the petitioners, pending in the Court of
learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I, Ranchi.
3. In course of argument, it transpired that batch of A.B.As have
been heard together by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in which judgment
has been reserved and interim order has been passed and last time those
cases have been extended on 21.06.2024.
4. In terms of order passed in the A.B.As, there is nothing to decide
in the present Cr.M.P as reliefs have already been granted to the petitioners
in the A.B.As disclosed in para 2 of the petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Interim order is vacated.
