04/03.11.2025 Pursuant to order dated 14.10.2025, Mr. Nitish Kumar Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Seraikella and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, Superintendent of Police Seraikella are present before this Court today.

2. Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that after passing of the impugned judgment and sentence dated 05.08.2025, the matter is being examined by the District Level Committee for taking appropriate steps in the judgment passed in S.T No. 123 of 2022 which is under challenge in this Criminal Appeal before this Court. It is further submitted that District Authorities has also taken necessary steps and has referred the matter before the Legal Cell.

3. Under the circumstances, put up this case on 17th November, 2025 and till then, the provisional bail granted to the appellants is extended.

4. The personal appearance of Mr. Nitish Kumar Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Seraikella and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, Superintendent of Police Seraikella are dispensed with for the present.
