2. Learned A.P.P is directed to get the notice served upon the

informant/victim through the Superintendent of Police, Sahibganj in the light

of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of

Nipun Saxena & Anr. Vs. Union of India reported in 2019 (2) SCC

703.

3. The fact regarding service of notice upon the informant/victim shall be

brought on record by filing a supplementary affidavit before the next date of

listing.

4. Put up this case after four weeks under appropriate heading.

5. In the meantime, no coercive step shall be taken against the

petitioners in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No. 81/2023 (G.R. No.

194/2024), pending in the Court of the S.D.J.M, Sahibganj.
