1. This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the Appellant by challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 29.04.2025, passed in S.T. Case No.216 of 2018, arising out of Dumri P.S. Case No.17 of 2017 by Sri Bhupesh Kumar, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Gumla, by which the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Sections 279 and 304-A of I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for Eighteen (18) months and fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence punishable u/s 304-A of I.P.C. and R.I. for Six (06) months for the offence under Section 279 of I.P.C.

2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed under Section 430(1) of B.N.S.S., 2023 on behalf of the Appellant for confirmation of provisional bail as granted by the learned Trial Court in S.T. Case No.216 of 2018, arising out of Dumri P.S. Case No.17 of 2017, vide order dated 29.04.2025 till 09.06.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant prays for confirmation of the provisional bail granted to the Appellant by the learned Court below.

4. No objection is raised by the learned counsel for the State.

5. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the Appellant, namely Jitram Lohra, by the learned Trial Court in S.T. Case No.216 of 2018, arising out of Dumri P.S. Case No.17 of 2017, vide order dated 29.04.2025 is hereby confirmed.

6. Thus, I.A. No. 6544 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.
