2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served the Notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the guardian of the Victim girl through the Superintendent of Police, Lohardagga in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" reported in (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703 and Notification No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file counter affidavit with regard to service of Notice on the guardian of the Victim Girl.

3. Call for the legible scanned copies of the Lower Court Record along with the neatly typed copy of the Case Diary, statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., Medical Report of the Victim Girl.

4. Let a copy of this order be sent to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Lohardagga by Fax and also be handed over to the learned A.P.P. for the needful.

5. Put up this case on 9th April, 2025.
