12/24.03.2025 The present appeal has been put up before this Division Bench, though as per the Stamp Reporter, the appeal is to be put up before a learned Single Bench.

In fact, on a perusal of the impugned judgment dated 26.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner VII, Ranchi, it appears that the case is under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 and perhaps on the misconception that the appeal is preferred against the order passed by the learned Family Court, the matter has been put up before the Division Bench, though a contrary stamp reporting has been given with respect to the fact that appeal shall lie before the Hon'ble Single Judge.

In view of the aforesaid, therefore, let this appeal be listed before the learned Single Judge having a roster of the matter.
