1. Learned counsel for the petitioner started his argument by making submission that he confined his argument on the point of sentence only. As far as judgment of conviction is concerned, petitioner is not interested to challenge the same.
2. When query was made from learned counsel for the petitioner whether fine imposed by learned trial court has been deposited or not, then learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that yet it has not been deposited, but at the same breathe, he submitted that petitioner intends to deposit the fine amount in the present matter.
3. He is directed to deposit the fine amount before court concerned before next date of hearing.
4. Let this matter be posted on 16th July, 2025.
