1. Heard the parties.

2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred

by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences

registered under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and

3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in connection with Complaint

Case No. 1591 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case arises

out of a complaint and only after taking cognizance, the

petitioner has filed an application for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Since, the case arises out of complaint, I am of the opinion

that this case is covered by the offences categorized in

category A of the judgment of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.

Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in

2025:JHHC:15788

(2021) 10 SCC 773.

5. Since, the petitioner's case comes within the category A of the

offences categorized by the aforesaid judgment, the petitioner

should appear before the court concerned. Further the court

concerned will pass an order in terms of the judgment of

Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil

(Supra).

6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed

of.
