09/11.06.2025 Since the appellants have conceded in paragraph-6 of

the impugned order dated 20.12.2023 through its counsel that the

2025:JHHC:15031

issue raised in the writ petitions is covered by the judgment passed

in W.P.(S) No. 3162 of 2018 which was also affirmed up to the

Hon'ble Apex Court, these instant appeals filed by the appellants

are not maintainable.

2. Therefore, these appeals are dismissed.
