Order No. 02/ Dated: 15.07.2025 This Criminal Revision Application has been filed on

behalf of the petitioner by challenging the judgment dated

05.02.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 47 of 2018 by Sri

Kankan Pattadar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella

by which the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed

thereby, affirming the judgment of conviction and order of

sentence dated 25.09.2018 passed by Sri K.S Tripathy, learned

Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seraikella in connection with G.R.

Case No. 1011 of 2012 (arising out of Adityapur P.S Case

No. 293 of 2012 by which the petitioner has been convicted for

the offences under Section 285 and Section 304-A of the I.P.C

and sentenced to undergo R.I for three (03) months and R.I for

one (01) year and to pay the fine of Rs. 1,000/- respectively.

2. I.A (Cr.) No. 8693 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the

Petitioner for confirmation of provisional bail granted to the

petitioner vide order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

petitioner has paid remaining amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the O.P

No. 2 in two different installments of Rs. 50,000/- and

Rs. 50,000/- respectively in compliance of the order dated

07.03.2025 passed by this Court and hence, the provisional bail

granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.03.2025 may be

confirmed.

4. Learned counsel for the State and O.P No. 2 raised no

objection.

5. It appears that the petitioner was granted provisional bail

vide order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court subject to the

condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 2,00,000/- to the O.P

No. 2 by way of compensation at this stage and it was also

directed that it will open to the O.P No. 2 to approach before the

local District Administration for grant of compensation under

appropriate forum. .

4. It appears that the petitioner has paid remaining amount

of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the O.P No. 2 in compliance of the order

dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court.

5. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to

the petitioner vide order dated 07.03.2025 is, hereby, confirmed.

6. Thus, I.A (Cr.) No. 8693 of 2025 is allowed and stands

disposed of.

7. Put up this case after six months under the same heading.
