This interlocutory application has been filed for confirmation of the provisional bail granted to the appellants after the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.01.2025, passed by Shri Nalin Kumar, learned Sessions Judge, Garhwa in Sessions Trial Case No. 268 of 2022 & Sessions Trial Case No. 269 of 2022 arising out of Meral P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1064 of 2022, whereby and wherein, appellants were held guilty for the offences under sections 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R.I for two and half years each along with a fine of Rs. 5,000/- each. In default of payment of fine, they were further directed to undergo R.I for six months each.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants were all along on bail during the trial. It is further submitted that the appellants have been granted provisional bail after their conviction and sentence. It was finally submitted that there is no likelihood of this criminal appeal to be taken up for hearing in the near future.

3. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the appellants by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 03.01.2025 is hereby confirmed.

The aforesaid I.A. stands disposed of.
