Order No: 02/ Dated: 27.01.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the victim lady 'X' through her guardian as O.P No. 2 in this case in course of the day.

2. Learned counsel for the State is directed to get served the notice of this Criminal Revision Application upon the victim lady 'X' through her guardian through Superintendent of Police, Gumla in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and shall file an affidavit in this regard about service of notice upon the guardian of victim lady 'X'.

3. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court Records along with neatly typed copy of the case diary, the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., Medical Report of the victim girl, if any and criminal antecedent report of the juvenile petitioner.

4. Call for also social investigation report of the petitioner.

5. Put up this case on 12th March 2025.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the office of Superintendent of Police, Gumla by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful.
