th Order No.02/19 December 2025 I.A. No.16653 of 2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant by challenging the judgment dated 27.11.2025 and sentence dated 02.12.2025 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VIII, Hazaribagh in S.T. Case No.23/2017 arising out of Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 51/2014 by which the appellant has been convicted for the offences under Sections 341,323 and 324 of IPC and sentenced to undergo S.I. for one (01) month and R.I. for one (01) year and R.I. for three (03) years respectively.

However, all the sentences have been directed to run concurrently.

2. I.A. No.16653 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court to the appellant vide order dated 02.12.2025 for a period of thirty (30) days.

3. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the appellant namely Sarju Nayak by the learned Trial Court below vide order dated 02.12.2025 for a period of thirty (30) days is hereby confirmed.

4. Thus, this I.A. No.16653 of 2025 is allowed and stands

disposed of.

5. Admit.

6. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records from learned Court below.

7. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the Informant as Respondent No.2 in this case in course of the day.

8. Issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2 under Speed Post with A/D and for which, requisites etc. must be filed two weeks after vacation from today, failing which this criminal appeal (SJ) shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

9. Put up this case after six (06) months, if requites are filed.
