02/12.12.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the guardian of victim girl 'X' as respondent no.2 in this case in course of the day.

2. Learned APP is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the guardian of victim girl 'X' of this case through the Superintendent of Police, Gumla in the light of judgment reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 (Nipun Saxena and Anr. vs. Union of India) and shall file affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the guardian of victim girl 'X'.

3. Call for the neatly typed copy of the case diary and statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of Cr.PC and also medical report of the victim girl.

4. Call for also the Social Investigation Report of the appellant.

5. Put up this case after five weeks.
