3. It has been submitted by Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned

State Counsel that the identical appeal against the Judgment

passed in W.P.(S) No. 2715 of 2019 and the order passed, on

remand, in pursuance to the order passed by the Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court dated 21.06.2023, passed in L.P.A. No. 297

of 2022, is lying pending and in pursuant thereto the fresh order

has been passed which is the subject matter of Letters Patent

Appeal being L.P.A.No. 376 of 2024 filed on 24.06.2024 as has

been informed by Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned State

Counsel.

4. Accordingly, let this appeal be listed along with L.P.A.No.

376 of 2024.

5. Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall, learned Counsel waives notice on

behalf of respondent No.2 and 3.

6. Let the name of Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall be reflected in the

Daily Cause List.

7. Let this case be listed on 27.01.2026.
