02/18.08.2025 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to pay the outstanding amount and for that purpose he has sought permission to approach the competent authority under the respondent-Bank.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the judgment of Punjab and Haryana High Court in the case of Amrik Singh Vrs. DCB Bank Ltd. and another (CWP -4631-2021) vide judgment dated 06.04.2022 in support of his case.
3. If the petitioner approaches before the competent authority, the authority shall consider the request of the petitioner and the same must be reflected in the counter affidavit to be filed by the respondents.
4. The issue of maintainability has been kept open.
