1. Both these appeals arise out of common judgment and award of compensation made in M.A.C.C. No. 48/ 2011 for the death of Jogender Singh who died in a motor vehicle accident.

2. During the pendency of the miscellaneous appeal, claimant no.1-Smt. Sabinder Kaur, wife of the deceased and his son (claimant no.2) died and they have been substituted by Gurmeet Kaur and Kanika Sachdev in M.A. No.575 of 2015. After the death of Rabinder Singh, his daughter Jaspreet Kaur was impleaded as respondent no. 4 in M.A. No. 575 of 2015 and as respondent no. 5 in M.A. 191 of 2016.

3. Notices were also issued against respondent no. 4 (Jasprit Kaur), but it could not be served.

4. Under the circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve notice upon respondent no. 4 (Jasprit Kaur) on her present and correct address for which requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process must be filed within two weeks.

Let these cases be listed after six weeks.
