1) It is admitted by counsels on both sides that the issue of levy of

penalty on the petitioner by the respondents is covered by the

judgment dt. 26.03.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 6786 of 2024.

2) Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said

order.

3) As regards, the other prayer in this writ petition relating to

payment of wages to persons employed in the petitioner's

facility, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the said

prayer in W.P.(C) No. 1565 of 2025. No costs.

4) Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
