2. Learned A.P.P is directed to get the notice served upon

the informant/victim through the Superintendent of Police, Giridih in

terms with the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in

the case of "Nipun Saxena & Anr. Vs. Union of India" reported

in 2019 (2) SCC 703.

3. The fact regarding service of notice upon the

informant/victim shall be brought on record by filing an affidavit

before the next date of listing.

4. Put up this case under appropriate heading on

24.10.2024.

5. Meanwhile, learned A.P.P shall also procure the case

diary from his end.
