08/03.09.2024 This contempt case has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for alleged willful violation of the order/direction as contained in judgment dated 06.02.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5821 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has already been complied and he has no surviving grievance.

3. Considering the submission, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding, which is hereby dropped.
