2. This contempt petition has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their alleged willful disobedience/non-compliance of the order / judgment dated 24.08.2022 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3661 of 2020.

3. It is submitted that the reasoned order pursuant to the order passed by this Court has been passed, but the petitioner is not satisfied.

4. The learned counsel for the opposite party - State is permitted to file his show cause during the course of the day.

5. Considering the nature of the order and the submissions made, the reasoned order having been passed, this Court is not inclined not proceed any further in this contempt proceeding, which is hereby dropped.

6. However, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to take appropriate steps in connection with the reasoned order.
