Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer for extension of peremptory time to remove the defects.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the defect pointed out by the stamp reporter to the effect that the judgment and decree of the trial court has not been filed has since been removed.
Considering the submission made at the Bar, this interlocutory application is disposed of being infructuous.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the certified copy of the required judgment and decree has been filed.
Registry is directed to verify whether the defect as pointed out by the stamp reporter has been removed and in case, the defect has been removed, list this appeal after fresh stamp reporting and removal of the defects and the judgement and decree of the trial court has not been filed, then this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the bench.
