05/03.05.2024 This criminal revision petition has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 25.06.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 143 of 2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to dismiss the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of conviction and sentence dated 11.06.2018 passed in C1 No. 2429 of 2016, T.R. No. 49 of 2018 by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. The learned trial Court had convicted the petitioner for having committed offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for one year and also a fine of Rs. 8,00,000/- was imposed, with default stipulation.

2. Mr. Praveen Shankar Dayal, learned counsel appears on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that he has no instructions in the present case and accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. This Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is closed.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through 'FAX'.
