02/19.01.2024 Mr. M.S. Mittal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment rendered in the case of Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited & Anr. Vs. C.G. Power and Industrial Solutions Limited & Anr. reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 383. It has been submitted that a similar case has been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.6695 of 2023 in which the State Government had conceded that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment noted above.

Mr. Ashok Kr. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the JUVNL submits that he requires two weeks' time to examine the aforesaid facts.
