2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though a counter-affidavit has been filed by the State but para-wise reply has not been given which will be an impediment in proper adjudication of the present case. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also submitted the University is supporting the case of the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel for the State is directed to seek instruction and file a supplementary counter-affidavit by 04.03.2024 giving para-wise reply to the writ petition.
4. Rejoinder, if any, be filed by 11.03.2024.
5. Post this case on 19.03.2024.
6. In the meantime, the parties to file short synopsis of arguments, list of dates and the judgments on which they seek to rely upon.
