.......
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVNEET KUMAR For the Petitioner : Mr. Abhishek Kumar, A.C to Mr. Sidhartha Roy, Advocate For the State : Mr. Saket Kumar, A.P.P.
06/15.02.2024 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Mr. Abhishek Kumar, assisting counsel to Mr. Sidhartha Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner on record seeks to withdraw this petition since the matter has become infructuous in view of the fact that S.T. No. 127 of 2019, in connection of which, the order dated 21.06.2019 has been challenged in the present criminal revision, has been disposed of by the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khunti vide judgment dated 30.08.2023 acquitting the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC.
Learned A.P.P. does not raise any objection to that. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision application is dismissed as withdrawn.
